Some important stuff you
need to know …
Holiday Club happens everyday from 10am-12pm from 12th-16th August. Team arrive at 9am each day, and leave at 12:30pm
Unless you’ve been asked to do a specific role, the majority of team will be Group Leaders or Group Helpers. This means working with a group of 10-12 children alongside one or two other team members. You can also join in with games, panto and more if you’re up for it.
This year for Holiday Club we’ll be going on adventure across the stars. We’re heading to infinity and beyond! As you step into St. Mark’s, it will be as if you’ve been teleported to a galaxy far far away. There’ll be stars, planets, comets, asteroids and more. Up on the stage is where we will conquer the final frontier together. It will be set up like the inside of our spaceship as we venture into the unknown and discover the beauty and complexities of God’s creation.
Important Dates:
Wednesday 7th August & Thursday 8th August 10am-4pm: Join us at St. Mark’s and give us a hand with any final preparations!
Sunday 11th August 6pm-7:30pm: We’re going to turn the church into outer space together! We’ll also spend some times in worship and praying for the Holiday Club week.
Sunday 18th August 10am: We’ll be putting on a ‘Holiday Club’ style service at St. Mark’s that we’ll invite families along to to give them a taste of Holiday Club (and a taste of church!).
